About the role

Serve as a one-stop shop to support students through the utilization of their employer’s tuition assistance benefit
Provide personalized end-to-end support to guide students toward success
Partner with program advisors to ensure a smooth transition for employees into their chosen education program
Assist employees in setting and achieving academic goals
Help employees navigate academic challenges and connect them with appropriate resources
Monitor student progress and provide feedback on performance
Conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews to assess progress and celebrate achievements
Develop and deliver workshops and resources on academic success, study skills, and time management.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education advising, academic coaching, or related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Proven ability to provide effective guidance and support to individuals pursuing educational goals
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
Familiarity with common academic challenges and effective strategies to overcome them
Knowledge of student support services and resources available at various educational institutions
Data analysis and reporting skills to track student progress and measure coaching effectiveness.
