About the role

  • Lead cross-functional efforts within SEI’s Transformation Office to identify business requirements and develop strategic solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and stakeholders
  • Lead project teams in analyzing business needs and developing strategic solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, user experience analysts, and designers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior Business Analysts
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SEI's business operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior Business Analyst role or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis concepts, tools, and techniques, including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with SaaS systems and technologies
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred, or commensurate work experience
