About the role
- Develop and execute cyber threat operations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and lead proactive threat hunting programs leveraging threat intelligence, behavioral analytics, and advanced detection techniques to identify hidden threats before exploitation.
- Oversee threat intelligence lifecycle, detection engineering, and proactive threat hunting.
- Integrate threat intelligence into detection and response workflows for enhanced capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, metrics, and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen threat mitigation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Develop partnerships with external intelligence communities and vendors for enriched threat data and collaborative defense.
- Mentor and develop talent for CTI analysts, threat hunters, and detection engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Certifications: CISSP required ; CISM, CRISC preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
- Ability to travel 25%.
