About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and develop new clients
  • Conduct sales visits and product presentations
  • Lead consultative negotiations and close sales
  • Manage client portfolio and business opportunities
  • Oversee the sales process from initial contact through post-sale support
  • Participate in company events and commercial activities
  • Develop strategies to expand market reach and improve results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in field sales
  • Experience with consultative selling and negotiating high-value (high-ticket) products or services
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) and own vehicle (mandatory requirement)
  • Availability for frequent travel and commuting
  • Commercially minded, strong negotiation skills, and results-oriented
  • Experience in the dental segment is a plus.
