About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, and final assessment)
  • Perform active sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Maintain direct contact with clients for role alignment and vacancy updates
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients throughout the process

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in Recruitment and Selection
  • Experience with operational and/or strategic roles
  • Comfortable with active sourcing and using LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple processes
