About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, and final assessment)
- Perform active sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Maintain direct contact with clients for role alignment and vacancy updates
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients throughout the process
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Experience with operational and/or strategic roles
- Comfortable with active sourcing and using LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools)
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple processes
