• Build and evolve internal and client-facing tools
• Develop internal and client-facing web applications across the full stack
• Implement new features and update existing pages
• Configure infrastructure and AWS services
• Automate business processes with and without AI tooling and services
• Develop primarily web-based software using .NET 4.8
• Provide development support for escalated requests
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders through tight feedback loops
• Take ownership of projects and deliver results
