About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conceptualize, implement and continuously optimize SEO strategies for eCommerce and lead-generation projects
  • Plan, build and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display)
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analyses and derive content and campaign strategies
  • Perform technical SEO analyses and optimizations of websites and online stores (indexing, site structure, page speed, on-page optimization)
  • Analyze and evaluate relevant KPIs and prepare reports with action-oriented recommendations
  • Work closely with performance marketing managers, designers and developers
  • Provide strategic and operational consulting to our clients in regular coordination meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the SEO and SEA environment, ideally at an online or performance marketing agency
  • Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) and Google Ads
  • Experience with eCommerce projects and lead-generation campaigns
  • Confident use of relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Sistrix, SEMrush or comparable tools
  • Analytical thinking, structured working methods and a strong performance orientation
  • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
