About the role
- You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial outreach to closing.
- Proactive new client acquisition
- Qualifying leads and assessing client needs (partially)
- Conducting consultative and closing meetings
- Independently closing consulting and agency services (strategy/concept, retainers & projects)
- Handling inbound leads and managing your own outbound pipeline
- Maintaining and managing your sales pipeline in the CRM
- Close coordination with executive management & marketing
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in an agency environment
- Confidence in conducting consultative meetings and closing deals
- Strong results orientation combined with clear, consultative selling
- Understanding of online marketing, SEO, performance ads, etc.
- Structured and independent working style
- Very good German language skills
- CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
