About the role

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial outreach to closing.
  • Proactive new client acquisition
  • Qualifying leads and assessing client needs (partially)
  • Conducting consultative and closing meetings
  • Independently closing consulting and agency services (strategy/concept, retainers & projects)
  • Handling inbound leads and managing your own outbound pipeline
  • Maintaining and managing your sales pipeline in the CRM
  • Close coordination with executive management & marketing

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in an agency environment
  • Confidence in conducting consultative meetings and closing deals
  • Strong results orientation combined with clear, consultative selling
  • Understanding of online marketing, SEO, performance ads, etc.
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Very good German language skills
  • CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
