About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design high-quality visual assets, including digital graphics, marketing materials, featured images and branded content
Create engaging visuals for social media, web, email campaigns and other digital platforms
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the brand identity across all channels
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, editorial, and leadership
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through final delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency, media, or in-house)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD; After Effects a plus)
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, social, newsletter and branding work
Must have had formal training in design/art
Excellent typography, layout, color and visual storytelling skills
Great attention to detail with strong spelling and grammar skills
Passion for unbiased journalism and understanding of the current media landscape
Must provide a link to a current demo reel
