About the role
- Drive the technical design and delivery of subscription and monetization flows
- Serve as the technical product lead partnering with design, editorial, and engineering
- Author detailed technical product specifications, API contracts, data flows, and system diagrams
- Lead technical integrations across numerous systems
- Own and prioritize the technical backlog and roadmap
- Own the technical operation, configuration, and evolution of third-party SaaS platforms
- Increase engineering velocity by defining precise, testable technical requirements
- Partner closely with engineering to design and implement analytics and tracking solutions
- Define, document, and enforce standards and best practices for user data handling
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
- Demonstrated experience operating in subscription-driven businesses
- Strong technical understanding of digital analytics and event instrumentation
- Deep familiarity with consent management platforms
- Hands-on experience integrating customer identity and authentication systems
- Proven track record partnering with engineering to design and implement subscription billing and payment systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
