Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- At least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry
- Experience with enterprise applications or cloud applications (PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, Workday)
- Exposure to HCM, Payroll domains (mandatory)
- Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously or experience of working for large enterprise clients
- Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
- Strong communication skills
