About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the payroll expert for the assigned country, covering local legislation, tax laws, and compliance standards
  • Monitor and assess regulatory changes through compliance teams, industry associations, and government updates
  • Partner with Product Development to influence the product roadmap and maintain country-specific functionality
  • Maintain country workbooks with legislative and compliance updates
  • Analyze payroll procedures and recommend improvements to reduce inefficiencies and manual processes
  • Enhance Strada Pay functionality, cost-effectiveness, and user experience for local market needs
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Strada Pay methodology, delivery approach, templates, and standards
  • Provide subject matter expertise to project teams during client deployments
  • Evaluate client customization requests while balancing innovation, standardization, and compliance
  • Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating Strada Pay capabilities and sharing best practices
  • Collaborate with the global Country Champion network to share knowledge and alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Payroll or HR Outsourcing
  • Deep knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements within the assigned country or region
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong accountability, ownership, and service orientation
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, global working environment
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Current and future work authorization in the employing country without visa sponsorship by Strada
  • Successful completion of applicable background checks
