About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end internal investigations involving misconduct, policy violations, whistleblowing and fraud-related matters
  • Conduct sensitive employee interviews and assess credibility and intent
  • Analyse evidence from business systems, communications and other available sources
  • Support escalation decisions and investigative strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience conducting corporate, compliance, fraud, or internal investigations
  • Strong interview and investigative reasoning skills
  • Ability to balance behavioural context with available technical evidence
  • Comfort handling sensitive employee matters
  • Ability to operate independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable moving between investigations, prevention activities and awareness initiatives within a small team
  • Willingness to work with technical teams to refine alerting and detection approaches
