Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide application support and implementation consultancy through advice and guidance
  • Generate error-free implementations customizing according to Strada best practices
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify requirements
  • Organize and facilitate discussions to resolve issues
  • Perform configuration work
  • Create documentation on issues handled
  • Regularly report on status and progress to Team/Project Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in design and configuration of Oracle EBS/HCM preferred with Payroll environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage tickets
  • Provide application support and implementation consultancy
  • Generate easy-to-maintain error free implementations
  • Work with Business Analyst to identify requirements and design enhancements
  • Provide functional process ownership of multiple business process areas
  • Organize problem-solving discussions with clients and internal teams
  • Perform configuration work and support new and existing functionality
  • Responsible for Configuration reviews
  • Create Function Design Documents (FDD) based on Use Case Documents
  • Operate required system and integration tests
  • Manage priorities and support project deadlines
  • Maintain communication channels with internal and external contacts
  • Understand general flows in HR and the Oracle HCM/EBS architecture
