Senior Time and Labor Analyst
StradaTime and Labor Senior Analyst ensuring daily tasks are delivered for clients at Strada. Support implementation of timekeeping systems and monitor adherence to processes and service level goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Time and Labor team in the implementation of timekeeping systems including requirements, testing, and roll-out
- Support Real Time Monitoring of Time and Labor systems
- Ensuring all processes are being followed by the team
- Support for any ad hoc reporting
- Monitor and recommend actions to enable teams to meet Service Level Goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Understanding of workforce management concepts
- Strong working knowledge of time entry systems.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Able to travel up to 10% if needed
- Working knowledge of timekeeping
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as an analyst
