About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure Global HR policies and procedures are followed by leveraging the Country HR Support model in place
  • Support the coordination of international HR activities
  • Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring in line with talent strategy
  • Assist in the development and execution of talent management programs, including performance reviews, training, and development initiatives
  • Support the implementation of global compensation and benefits programs
  • Work in partnership with our Reward team to ensure competitive compensation practices
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes
  • Participate in global HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a global or multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
