About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure Global HR policies and procedures are followed by leveraging the Country HR Support model in place
Support the coordination of international HR activities
Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system
Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring in line with talent strategy
Assist in the development and execution of talent management programs, including performance reviews, training, and development initiatives
Support the implementation of global compensation and benefits programs
Work in partnership with our Reward team to ensure competitive compensation practices
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes
Participate in global HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a global or multinational environment
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Strong organizational and project management skills.
