About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- building and elevating Strada’s global Sales Development function
- establishing best practices for inbound and outbound prospecting
- standardizing qualification and performance metrics
- coaching and developing team members
- strengthening cadence discipline and pipeline hygiene
- driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to revenue goals
- partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute targeted campaigns
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7+ years of experience, including significant time in SDR/BDR or similar prospecting roles
- exposure to enterprise sales environments
- prior experience as a team lead, player-coach, or senior mentor
- strong operating discipline
- commercial acumen
- familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, intent data, and conversation intelligence
