About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the property’s day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered
  • Help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures
  • Optimize Housekeeping Deployment
  • Overseeing Various Administrative Functions
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of administrative services
  • Supervising Trade Contractors
  • Managing Administration Contracts
  • Supervising Facilities Activities
  • Managing Day-to-Day Operations
  • Manages Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and contracts for soft services consumables and equipment
