About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the property’s day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered
- Help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures
- Optimize Housekeeping Deployment
- Overseeing Various Administrative Functions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of administrative services
- Supervising Trade Contractors
- Managing Administration Contracts
- Supervising Facilities Activities
- Managing Day-to-Day Operations
- Manages Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and contracts for soft services consumables and equipment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate/Master in any
- Must possess thorough knowledge on budgeting & forecasting facilities operational expenses
- Must possess strong vendor management skill
- Support Security from an audit perspective
- Support with CAD drawing design for renovating office spaces
