About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the solution
  • Ensures the success of implementations and improvement projects
  • Participates across all project phases, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post–go-live support
  • Acts as a key reference for SAP HCM Payroll

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in SAP HCM Italian Payroll (PY)
  • Hands-on expertise with schemas and PCRs
  • Solid understanding of payroll integration (TM, FI)
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian
