About the role

  • Subject Matter leader in a country/region payroll compliance, legislation, and local regulations, acting as key reference point for teams internally on standard payroll service, business process, Strada Pay technology, and compliance matters.
  • Working closely with the Product development team to guide their development roadmap, including collaborating to keep Country workbooks updated and country new requirements.
  • Review and analyze current payroll procedures in order to recommend changes leading to best-practice solutions and avoid manual workarounds to the extent possible
  • Ensure cross-platform compliance and regulatory standards are met.
  • Evolve Strada Pay’s competitive market offering in terms of functionality, cost effectiveness and user experience.
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement to Strada Pay product in the country, methodology for delivering and templates/standards.
  • Give subject matter expertise and advice to Strada Pay project teams working on deployments of the payroll service to each account and ensuring effective transition into operation.
  • Support solutioning / acting as gatekeeper to Client customization requests.
  • Support Delivery team training to ensure Payroll Manager, specialists, payroll associates can deliver any required payroll services on Strada Payroll/ use functionality to its fullest extent.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues.
  • Depending on the country/region maturity of Strada Pay solution may also manage the delivery of payroll services and operational requirements of the client as outlined in assigned contract.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of processes, policies and regulations within the area of Payroll, within a geography/region
  • 5-8 years relevant experience of Payroll, HR Outsourcing in a corporate environment.
  • HRIS knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures.
