About the role
- Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements
- Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
- Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
- Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.)
- Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience
- proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations
- In-depth knowledge of Mexico payroll regulations
- Fluent in English and Spanish
