Lead requirements-gathering workshops with clients, vendors, and third-party partners to capture detailed interface needs.
Define robust integration architectures aligned with business objectives , system landscapes, and security standards.
Develop comprehensive Integration Design Documents (IDDs) outlining data flows, mappings, formats, transformations, and security protocols.
Ensure designs support U.S. payroll processing, PCC validation flows, file transfers, third party remittances, and compliance reporting.
Map P2P end-to-end data interactions across Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Benefits, and external systems.
Collaborate closely with ABAP developers to ensure technical build aligns with design requirements.
Supervise interface testing cycles, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, payroll parallel testing, and cutover validation.
Ensure timely , quality delivery of integration components with strong focus on performance, stability, and audit readiness.
Oversee error-handling frameworks, monitoring dashboards, and secure data exchange mechanisms.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in SAP HCM/HXM integrations, with strong emphasis on U.S. Payroll
Proven hands-on expertise in: Building and managing integrations using SCPI/HCI
ABAP-based interfaces: RFC, BAPI, ALE/IDoc , data extraction frameworks
REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, secure file transport (SFTP, PGP encryption)
Solid functional understanding of Payroll (gross-to-net, tax, remittances), PCC, and P2P processes
Experience delivering at least 5 full lifecycle SAP HCM/Payroll implementations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work independently under tight timelines
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience engaging C-level and vendor partners.
