About the role
- Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to strategic priorities.
- Coordinate campaign activities across email, digital advertising, events, and paid media.
- Manage campaign setup and execution in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and other tools.
- Partner with product marketing and strategy teams to understand messaging frameworks and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, social media, and communications teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
- Develop and maintain campaign project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively address risks or delays.
- Track campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support targeted campaigns and ensure alignment on messaging and follow-up strategies.
Requirements
- Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and analytics tools.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Analytical approach to campaign performance and optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
