About the role
- Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup.
- Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations.
- Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
- Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
- Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.
Requirements
- Proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of French payroll regulations.
- Fluent in French (min. C1 level) and English.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent by experience.
