About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Adaptive Planning Implementation Leader to oversee the successful delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations. You will lead the hands‑on execution of deployments and guide a 20‑person global team, coordinating delivery across multiple geographies. Lead end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning (FP&A, workforce, operational models) using Strada's proven methodology. Direct and mentor a global implementation team (~15 members) across multiple time zones, ensuring high-quality execution and professional development. Actively engage in configuration of planning models, scenario planning, dashboards, integrations, reporting, testing, and post-go-live support. Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes. Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Train and mentor consultants in Strada’s Adaptive Planning approach. Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 plus years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning Demonstrated capability in managing global teams of around 15 professionals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning. Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
