About the role

  • Produce solution design and documentation for complex enterprise applications.
  • Utilize SAP framework to provide IT solutions and production support for Payroll.
  • Implement long-term, complex application systems based on SAP Programming and client-server technology.
  • Work with the business/Client to understand their needs and coach them on appropriate solutions.
  • Work with Technical Support Team to drive efficient technical solution design.
  • Work in a support environment with pre-defined SLAs and ticketing tools.
  • Demonstrate good time management skills to work both in a project and support role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a functional analyst for SAP HCM.
  • Knowledge of customizing of Payroll (Specialty in Canadian payroll), Time management, Benefits, Finance Integration and all HCM related activities.
  • Ability to analyze and modify payroll schemas and rules
  • Translating stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications use cases, workflow/process diagrams.
  • Analyzing business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and/or required functional enhancements, and documenting business processes and procedures.
  • Translating business needs into clear requirements that will enable the design of flexible solutions to enable business strategies and align with IT architecture direction.
  • Providing deep functional expertise of system capabilities.
  • Articulating functionality of systems to business and IT teams at various levels.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing.
