Lead enterprise transformation programs that operationalize strategic objectives and enable organization-wide change.
Partner with the Strategy & Transformation Office to define multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned with growth, efficiency, and scalability goals.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams, success metrics, and KPIs across functions and regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
Ensure transformation programs align with enterprise strategy, operating plans, and key performance objectives.
Partner with executive sponsors to define vision, success criteria, and value realization outcomes for each initiative.
Lead program planning, governance, and execution from initiation through stabilization, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Oversee multiple project managers and functional leads across geographies, ensuring alignment and integration of interdependent workstreams.
Establish and maintain transformation governance forums, performance dashboards, and decision frameworks for senior leadership.
Deliver clear, data-driven updates, presentations, and recommendations to executive stakeholders and steering committees.
Ensure disciplined execution of strategic initiatives, with visibility to dependencies, milestones, and risks.
Engage regional and functional leaders to ensure global consistency while adapting to local operational contexts.
Facilitate collaboration across Strategy, Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology functions to ensure integrated delivery.
Own program financials, including financial modeling, resource forecasting, and P&L impact tracking.
Develop and maintain business cases and ROI models to track realized and projected benefits (e.g., productivity, cost-to-serve, efficiency gains).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10–15 years of experience in program or transformation management, including enterprise-wide initiatives across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation programs within global or matrixed organizations.
Strong background linking strategic planning, financial modeling, and operational transformation.
Deep understanding of transformation governance, change management, and value realization frameworks.
Experience establishing or operating within a Transformation Office or Enterprise PMO.
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills—able to distill complex information into concise, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across diverse, multicultural environments.
Proficiency with program management and analytics tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or equivalent).
Willingness to travel up to 25% based on organizational needs.
