About the role
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design.
- Building, modifying, and supporting all the configuration of the tool: pay rules, accruals, request manager.
- Troubleshooting errors via pay rule analysis.
- Managing configuration migrations.
- Supporting UKG device management.
- Utilize UKG standard reports such as HyperFind.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions.
- Knowledge of UKG configuration tool: Pro WFM.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving UKG system issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (other European languages is a plus).
- Relevant UKG certifications: Pro WFM certifications (desirable)
