About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee Parts and Aftermarket sales to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure efficient internal processes and manage daily parts operations—including sales, inventory, and expense control
- Build strong partnerships with service, operations, customers, and other stakeholders
- Create and manage annual department goals, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor shortages and expedite parts using alternate resources
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while promoting a culture of accountability and service excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department and warehouse
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with service, sales, and operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of parts department management experience with a track record of meeting performance goals
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a loyal, team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communicator—confident in written, verbal, and cross-level interactions
- Customer-focused with proven ability to deliver strong internal and external service
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy and focus
- Motivated leader with strong problem-solving, risk management, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and budget creation; comfortable using business systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Dealership experience preferred but is not required.
