About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Product Owner drives product value and contributes to competitive advantage.
  • Supports roadmap processes, generates product insights, analyses competitors.
  • Works closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Participates in agile ceremonies and makes fast, clear decisions during development.
  • Writes clear user stories, defines acceptance criteria, and prioritises work.
  • Ensures quality throughout the development and release process.
  • Reports on use and adoption of different product areas, providing actionable insights.
  • Champions product vision, strategy, and innovation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintains understanding of user needs and customer feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–4 years of work experience in a Product Management or Product Owner role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience working in or alongside engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Experience in Martech, such as Creative Automation, DAM, or similar platforms, is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-moving, highly competitive market environment.
  • Experience with roadmap processes, product analytics, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to identify problems, frame solutions, and measure outcomes.
  • Confident and assertive communicator – able to lead meetings, align stakeholders, and drive action.
  • Structured, analytical, and highly organised – a strong planner and effective multitasker.
  • Commercially aware and data-driven in approach to decision-making.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
