Wellness Director
StoryPointWellness Director overseeing clinical resident care services at StoryPoint. Responsible for leading a team, managing evaluations, and ensuring compliance with care standards.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the overall direction, administration and coordination of clinical resident care services
- Delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance and leading employee connections within our community
- Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance
- Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents every 6 months and use this information to set measurable goals and outcomes for residents
- Manage all appropriate state regulations and auditing to ensure our community is in compliance
- Work toward continual improvement of the overall organization
- Available to work a flexible schedule including on call, weekends, and holidays when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registered within the State preferred
- CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully
