About the role

  • Work with Storyblok’s dynamic legal team and support Storyblok in growing internationally
  • Advise on U.S. corporate, privacy, employment and labor law
  • Lead SaaS contract negotiations
  • Support product and cybersecurity compliance initiatives
  • Manage legal projects independently
  • Guide business teams and collaborate with external counsel as needed
  • Provide legal training and empower team members to manage day-to-day legal tasks
  • Support legal leadership in executing strategic priorities and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Law Degree and Bar Admission to at least one jurisdiction in the U.S.
  • 1-3 years of experience in reviewing and redlining contracts
  • SaaS or fast-paced tech experience providing support in-house to enterprise sales teams would be an asset
  • Prior negotiation experience with complex corporate agreements
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracting and legal processes
  • Broad and in-depth specialized knowledge of AMER legal framework plus some knowledge of EMEA and APAC topics would be preferred
