About the role

  • Partner with Product and Engineering Managers to shape the strategy and goals for the Personalise stream.
  • Champion AI-augmented engineering practices to increase our speed and reduce cognitive load.
  • Stay current with the evolving AI landscape to identify new opportunities for innovation within our products.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a principal engineer or architect leading complex and high-scale product platforms.
  • Deep expertise in modern frontend engineering using React or similar frameworks along with state management.
  • A proven track record of driving technical strategies that align closely with business goals.
  • Experience with backend and API-driven architectures that power interactive multi-surface experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle.
  • A clear perspective on how AI-augmented workflows are reshaping engineering productivity and system design.
