About the role

Develop customized fulfillment solutions integrating software, parcel, fixed pricing, automation, and facility flow.
Optimize facility layouts, process flows, and labor models to reduce costs and improve pricing competitiveness.
Assess and implement automation strategies to enhance solution value and operational efficiency.
Evaluate facility design, material handling, and operational processes to maximize throughput and efficiency.
Develop pricing models that integrate fulfillment, software, parcel, and fixed costs.
Conduct cost analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic pricing decisions.
Engage with prospective customers to understand their fulfillment needs and propose optimized solutions.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment in solution design and pricing strategies.
Support solution implementation by partnering with operations and implementation teams.

2-4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or a related supply chain field.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, automation, and material flow optimization.
Experience with cost modeling, pricing strategy, and supply chain financial analysis.
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and customers.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and optimization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
