About the role
- Develop customized fulfillment solutions integrating software, parcel, fixed pricing, automation, and facility flow.
- Optimize facility layouts, process flows, and labor models to reduce costs and improve pricing competitiveness.
- Assess and implement automation strategies to enhance solution value and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate facility design, material handling, and operational processes to maximize throughput and efficiency.
- Develop pricing models that integrate fulfillment, software, parcel, and fixed costs.
- Conduct cost analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their fulfillment needs and propose optimized solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment in solution design and pricing strategies.
- Support solution implementation by partnering with operations and implementation teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or a related supply chain field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, automation, and material flow optimization.
- Experience with cost modeling, pricing strategy, and supply chain financial analysis.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and optimization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
