About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own delivery of specific WMS capabilities/enhancements - receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, or inventory management.
Own the product roadmap in partnership with the Head of Product Logistics, including overall strategy & vision.
Prioritize features within your domain that unlock operational capacity, improve throughput, and reduce errors.
Help design workflows optimized for warehouse associates - mobile-first, intuitive, and built for speed.
Spend time on warehouse floors understanding associate workflows, pain points, and efficiency opportunities.
Translate operational insights into detailed product requirements that engineering teams can rally behind.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations-heavy products.
Deep understanding of warehouse workflows, previous WMS experience (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, home grown solutions etc).
Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on complex, data-intensive systems.
Comfortable conducting operator interviews, shadowing warehouse shifts, and translating observations into requirements.
Experience using operational metrics to inform product decisions and measure success.
