About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate operational needs into actionable product requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to understand warehouse processes
- Ship innovative features focusing on internal WMS tools
- Spend at least three days a week onsite at the fulfillment center
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to define clear requirements
- Scope and document user stories and technical requirements
- Regularly reprioritize and stack rank the product backlog
- Focus on rapid iteration to reduce cycle time
- Become a subject matter expert in warehouse operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- A background in supply chain operations or hands-on experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with warehouse workflows, operational metrics (OPH, UPH, Cycle Time, etc.)
- A practical, solutions-oriented mindset
- A passion for working on internal tools
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and balance competing demands
- Willingness to spend a minimum of three days per week onsite in the warehouse
- Self-starter mentality
- Excellent communication skills
