About the role

  • Map and automate core People Operations processes — identify bottlenecks in workflows like onboarding, transfers, roster updates, and staffing trackers, then design automations or integrations to eliminate manual steps.
  • Own recurring reporting and dashboards — develop, maintain, and QA recurring reports in Workday, Domo, Omni, and Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across fulfillment operations.
  • Maintain data hygiene and integrity — perform regular audits, reconciliations, and corrections across Workday, BigQuery, and Snowflake to ensure People data is complete and reliable.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Fulfillment HR, Staffing, IT, and site leadership to translate operational needs into scalable People Ops processes and data solutions.
  • Document and optimize workflows — create clear process maps, SOPs, and automation documentation that standardize how People Ops delivers support to fulfillment sites.
  • Support system integrations and improvements — work with internal IT and vendor teams to connect People systems, ensure data flows correctly, and surface insights faster.
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve — monitor automations, identify failure points, and iterate quickly to keep workflows efficient and reliable.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Systems, or HR Analytics, ideally in a high-growth or multi-site operations environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, Domo, Google Suite, and strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, query functions, advanced formulas).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, and/or Snowflake for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience designing or maintaining automations, data pipelines, or system integrations (e.g., Workday EIBs, Google Apps Script, API-based workflows).
  • Comfort with building process maps and documentation (Lucidchart, Miro, Notion, etc.).
  • Detail-orientation and obsession with clean data, repeatable processes, and elegant solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills — able to translate business pain points into technical solutions and clearly explain data logic to non-technical partners.
Benefits
  • Health insurance
  • Retirement plans
  • Paid time off
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Professional development
