About the role
- Personal Sales Consistently meet or exceed a significant personal sales quota.
- Manage the full sales cycle for strategic, high-value accounts.
- Act as a subject matter expert in client negotiations and complex deal structuring.
- Drive high-value deals and manage a personal strategic pipeline.
- Manage and mentor a small, dedicated team of up to 5 Account Executives (AEs).
- Provide daily 1:1 support, call coaching, and deal strategy guidance to your team.
- Run weekly team pipeline reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Set clear expectations and manage AE performance, including coaching for improvement.
- Partner with talent acquisition on recruiting and onboarding new AEs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior sales executive with a track record of achieving a significant personal quota.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle for strategic, high-value accounts.
- Experience in a role that required both selling and managing/mentoring others.
- Strong background in client negotiations and complex deal structuring.
- A focus on hands-on team coaching and performance management (Mentoring, deal support, performance management).
- Experience with team forecasting and pipeline management.
