About the role

  • Lead and manage the monthly close, delivering timely, accurate financial reporting
  • Streamline and enhance reporting processes to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and account analyses
  • Act as a technical accounting expert (leases, revenue recognition, capitalized software, fixed assets), providing strategic guidance
  • Direct the annual audit process
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights that inform strategy and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting
  • Success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite required)
