About the role
- Lead and manage the monthly close, delivering timely, accurate financial reporting
- Streamline and enhance reporting processes to drive efficiency and consistency
- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and account analyses
- Act as a technical accounting expert (leases, revenue recognition, capitalized software, fixed assets), providing strategic guidance
- Direct the annual audit process
- Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights that inform strategy and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting
- Success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite required)
