About the role
- Own design across our expanding suite of customer-facing applications and platforms
- Impact user engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention across our platform
- Establish design methodology and systems across multiple products
- Create workflows that leverage AI for quick ideation, component generation, and design validation
- Recruit, develop, and manage a growing team of product designers such that skill development and career progression is assured
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years leading design teams or functions
- Experience designing across complex product ecosystems or suites
- Deep understanding of designing for both business users and end consumers
- Proven ability to build and scale design systems across multiple products
- Track record of hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing design teams
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in component libraries and design systems
- Familiarity with or willingness to rapidly adopt AI design tools for accelerated workflows
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
