Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Partner closely with the People Operations team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key corporate roles across various departments, including sales, marketing, software engineering, finance, and fulfillment operations.
Leverage recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in both agency and corporate recruiting.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Bonus: Experience in talent acquisition at a high-growth startup.
Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and G-Suite.
