About the role
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery across Stord's national fulfillment network
- Drive transformative programs focusing on throughput, labor, quality, and service performance
- Partner with Finance and Site Operations to identify margin expansion opportunities across labor, waste, transportation, and facility performance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
- Expertise in continuous improvement, KPI governance, labor productivity, and cross-functional leadership
- Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies (certifications preferred)
