About the role
- You will work in a cross-functional team, defining, implementing and maintaining features that support our generative AI platform, chatbots and integration with the company's internal services.
- You will contribute to creating new solutions and evolving existing ones, delivering APIs, content managers and solutions to ensure AI models enter production following engineering best practices, with attention to quality and scalability.
- We work in an agile model with connected discovery and delivery, providing dynamism in activities and a constant pursuit of results through experiments and short validation cycles. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys and is comfortable working in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment with excellent software engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development experience designing and maintaining software, whether in APIs, AI models, or messaging systems.
- Comfortable with and applying strong software engineering best practices.
- Proficient in TypeScript and/or Node.js.
- Experience with deployment routines using CI and CD.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Quick to learn new technologies and processes.
- Experience working with and ease in agile teams/practices (Kanban, Scrum, XP).
- Keeps up to date with the latest technologies and releases in the field.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with the rest of the team, providing technical guidance when necessary.
- Plans and delivers work incrementally and iteratively.
- Eager to work on an amazing team that continuously learns and delivers value whenever possible.
