About the role
- You will work in a cross-functional team, defining, implementing and maintaining features that support our generative AI platform, chatbots, and integrations with the company’s internal services.
- You will contribute to creating new solutions and evolving existing ones by delivering APIs, content management components, and solutions to ensure AI models are deployed to production following engineering best practices, with a focus on quality and scalability.
- We work in an agile model with connected discovery and delivery, providing dynamism in activities and a constant focus on results through experiments and short validation cycles. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys and is comfortable working in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment with excellent software engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development experience designing and maintaining software, whether in APIs, AI models, or messaging systems.
- Familiar with and applies excellent software engineering best practices.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and/or Node.js.
- Experience with deployment routines using CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
- Experience working with and ease in agile teams/practices (Kanban, Scrum, XP).
- Keeps up to date with the latest technologies and releases in the field.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with the rest of the team, providing technical guidance when needed.
- Plans and delivers work incrementally and iteratively.
- Eager to work on an outstanding team that continuously learns and delivers value whenever possible.
