About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver satisfactory solutions covering multiple states, lifecycle stages, and product personas, requiring little refinement.
- Use the Design System, understanding, following and defining interaction and architecture patterns to ensure consistency and quality.
- Understand the principles of building user interfaces in code.
- Influence the business vision of more than one product within the tribe.
- Lead the customer journey discovery process.
- Apply a variety of research techniques, interpret data, and translate findings into hypothesis tests.
- Consistently manage stakeholders, promoting alignment and visibility of the process.
- Influence decision-making and define success metrics.
- Establish autonomous initiatives that impact KPIs, based on company objectives and strategy.
- Work with the direct team and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to technical decisions, solution design, and the technical growth of junior team members.
- Use Claude and Gemini to optimize, structure, and scale Content Chat / Conversational Design flows.
- Develop, test, and refine advanced prompts for conversational flows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience contributing to multiple launched projects and following them in a real market.
- Ability to work on problems with open or loosely defined scope.
- Collaborative work with the direct team and cross-functional teams.
- Autonomy to make decisions about solution details without supervision.
- Contribution to the team's technical decisions.
- Participation in the solution creation process.
- Contribution to the technical growth of junior team members.
- Ability to facilitate collaborative interactions and adapt to different situations.
- Efficient communication, active listening, and synthesis of information.
- Ability to explain the rationale behind design decisions to leadership, peers, and stakeholders.
- Management and coordination of stakeholders.
- Experience with or ability to use Generative AI tools, focusing on Claude and Gemini.
- Ability to develop, test, and refine advanced prompts for conversational flows.
