About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics using tools such as Looker and Sheets/Excel.
Perform campaign and A/B test result analyses, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Analyze customer profiles, usage behavior, and product engagement journeys.
Develop quantitative and qualitative hypotheses about gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention funnels.
Monitor business indicators (revenue, TPV, churn, product adoption) and generate alerts for deviations.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, etc.) in the execution and evaluation of initiatives.
Contribute to the economic and operational assessment of engagement actions, including ROI and payback estimates.
Ensure consistency and reliability of the datasets and dashboards used by the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in Business Analytics or similar roles.
Advanced SQL for extracting and manipulating data in large datasets.
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar).
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
Knowledge of applied statistics and experimentation (A/B testing).
Familiarity with financial business metrics (TPV, ARPU, margin, churn, incremental revenue).
Preferred: basic knowledge of corporate finance and FP&A.
