About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide dedicated service to a specific client, ensuring agile and efficient support for requests related to corporate benefits contracts administered by the brokerage.
- Handle client inquiries by phone, email and other official channels;
- Clarify technical questions about coverages, contractual clauses, waiting periods and provider networks;
- Record, track and complete received requests;
- Guide HR responsables and employees on operational procedures;
- Open and follow up on protocols with carriers;
- Support reimbursement and authorization processes;
- Intervene and negotiate with carriers in more complex cases;
- Support reimbursement and authorization processes;
- Monitor operational outstanding items;
- Mediate interactions between client and carrier when necessary.
- Track requests using the management system or spreadsheets when needed;
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs);
- Ensure that records and request histories are up to date.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Commercial Management, Actuarial Science, Insurance or related fields
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience in benefits operations, preferably at an insurance brokerage, benefits consultancy or health plan operator.
