About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be responsible for increasing the monetization of our solutions by actively prospecting our customer base, presenting solutions, and negotiating upsell opportunities that meet identified needs through detailed knowledge of our products and management of your sales funnel.
  • Serve customers.
  • Identify opportunities and solution needs for the customer’s business, generating value.
  • Analyze daily performance indicators for your portfolio.
  • Proactively contact customers to perform upsells, offering new solutions.
  • Maintain an organized and strategic routine to achieve results.
  • Communicate with the Product, Risk, and Support teams to resolve issues, sell, and implement new solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Results- and target-oriented.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized to manage your activities and customer pipeline.
  • Proactive and resilient in solving problems and proposing improvements.
  • Previous experience in commercial/sales roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
