About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be responsible for ensuring our customers remain with us, creating value, delighting them and retaining them through detailed knowledge of our solutions, management of a sales funnel, addressing customer needs and executing upsells, cross-sells and negotiations.
Serve customers.
Identify opportunities and solution needs for the customer's business, generating value.
Respond to customer requests and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, negotiations and new business avenues to drive sales.
Identify potential issues customers may have and act to improve their performance.
Communicate with the Product, Risk and Support teams to resolve problems, sell and implement new solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Results- and goal-oriented.
Analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactivity and resilience to solve problems and suggest improvements.
Organized to manage your activities and customer pipeline.
Previous experience in sales.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
