About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the company in testing and validating new product initiatives in an agile, intelligent, and data-driven way
- Map with partner teams to identify which new products the company wants to test
- Design end-to-end CRM flows for experiments
- Manage testing capacity within the CRM roadmap
- Predefine success metrics and duration for each experiment
- Structure the handover to the CRM team
- Operationalize and deploy experimentation workflows directly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Monitor experiments using statistical methodologies to recommend continuous improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Amplitude
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker or Data Studio)
- Working knowledge of SQL and BigQuery to independently extract data
- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, control groups, channel and creative testing)
- Familiarity with business and finance metrics (LTV, CAC, conversion funnel)
- Experience optimizing landing pages with a focus on conversion
